These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of arenasoftwares.com and your purchase of software, addons, licences and services from Salasar eCommerce Total Solutions Private Limited, trading as ArenaSoftwares ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Orders and prices
- Prices are shown on the product page at the time of order. Applicable taxes (such as GST) are added where required by law.
- An order is confirmed once payment has been received and confirmed by our payment partner.
- We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or a product becoming unavailable; any payment taken in such a case is refunded in full.
3. Software licences
- When you buy an addon or software product you receive a licence to use it; you do not buy ownership of the software. All intellectual property remains with us or our licensors.
- Each licence is valid for the number of domains or installations stated with the product. A licence is activated for the domain you register and may be checked automatically by the software.
- You may modify the software for your own use on licensed domains. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the software or its source code, or remove licence checks or copyright notices.
- Licences that are for a limited period expire at the end of that period unless renewed. Support and update periods, where they apply, are stated on the product page.
- We may suspend or revoke a licence that is used in breach of these Terms, or for which the payment has been reversed or charged back.
4. Purchases through marketplaces
If you buy one of our products through a third-party marketplace (for example the CS-Cart Marketplace), that marketplace's terms also apply to the purchase and payment. Licences for such purchases are issued by us and are subject to these Terms.
5. Custom development and services
Custom development, installation, migration, server management and other services are delivered according to the proposal, quote or contract agreed with you. Payment, milestones and any warranty period for these services are set out in that proposal, quote or contract.
6. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Third-party platforms and trademarks
Our addons work with third-party platforms such as CS-Cart and OpenCart. We are not responsible for changes made by those platforms that affect compatibility. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Limitation of liability
The software and site are provided "as is", subject to any warranty expressly given in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. You are responsible for keeping backups of your store and data before installing or updating any software.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with licence verification, or use our products for unlawful purposes.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
