This policy explains how Salasar eCommerce Total Solutions Private Limited, trading as ArenaSoftwares, delivers the products and services you buy.
1. Software, addons and licences
- All our software and addons are digital products. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.
- Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your licence key and download link are available in your account and are sent to the e-mail address on the order.
- Updates are delivered through your account or through the update check built into the addon, for as long as your licence includes updates.
- If you have not received your licence or download within a few minutes of a confirmed payment, check your spam folder and then contact Support@arenasoftwares.com.
2. Marketplace purchases
For products bought through a third-party marketplace (for example the CS-Cart Marketplace), the download is provided by the marketplace and the licence for the domain you registered is issued automatically once the marketplace confirms the order.
3. Installation and services
Installation, custom development, migration and other services are delivered online, on the timeline agreed in your quote, proposal or contract. Delivery times start once the advance payment and all information and access needed for the work have been received.
