 Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to take on the dual role of Accountant Cum Office Administrator. This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and financial reporting, and contributing to the efficient operation of our office environment.

Responsibilities: - Financial Management:   - Perform daily accounting tasks including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.   - Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.   - Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations, and stay updated with changes in financial regulations and legislation.   - Conduct regular bank reconciliations and manage company ledgers.

 - Office Administration:   - Serve as the point of contact for office management duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, and errands.   - Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, and manage the office calendar to schedule client meetings.   - Coordinate with IT, service providers, and landlords to ensure operational efficiency.   - Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

 - Budgeting and Reporting:   - Assist with budget preparation and monitor office expenditures.   - Prepare detailed reports on financial performance on a regular and ad-hoc basis.

 - Compliance and Auditing:   - Coordinate with external auditors during audits and end-of-year processes.   - Ensure that all financial and administrative documents are accurate and properly filed.
