Software Warranty Terms and Conditions

 

1. Limited Warranty

[Arenasoftwares] ("The Company") warrants that the software product ("Software") will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation for the applicable warranty period specified below:

1.1. 3-Month Warranty: Valid for three (3) months from the date of final software delivery.

1.2. 6-Month Warranty: Valid for six (6) months from the date of final software delivery.

1.3. 12-Month Warranty: Valid for twelve (12) months from the date of final software delivery.

 

2. Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, The Company will provide the following services at no additional cost:

 

2.1. Correction of any defects or malfunctions in the Software, provided that these issues are reported to The Company in writing within the warranty period.

2.2. Technical support related to the use and operation of the Software.

 

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

3.1. Issues resulting from unauthorized modifications or alterations to the Software.

3.2. Issues arising from the use of the Software in conjunction with third-party software or hardware not approved by The Company.

3.3. Issues caused by improper use, handling, or operation of the Software.

3.4. Issues resulting from external factors, such as viruses, malware, or other security threats.

3.5. Issues arising from the client's failure to update the Software as recommended by The Company.

3.6. Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

 

4. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the client must:

4.1. Contact The Company's support team by email or phone, as provided in the warranty document or agreement.

4.2. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with any relevant documentation, screenshots, or error messages.

4.3. Allow The Company a reasonable amount of time to investigate the issue and, if it falls under the warranty coverage, resolve it.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company's entire liability and the client's exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be, at The Company's discretion, either:

5.1. Repair or replacement of the defective Software; or

5.2. Refund of the purchase price, provided that the client promptly discontinues the use of the Software.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the limited warranty set forth herein, the Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Software will meet the client's requirements or that its operation will be error-free or uninterrupted.

 

7. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

 

By using the Software, the client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this warranty. If the client does not agree to these terms and conditions, they should promptly discontinue the use of the Software and contact The Company for a refund, if applicable.
